Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 17, 2014, Euronet Worldwide, Inc. and Walmart Stores, Inc. will hold a conference call for media, analysts and investors to announce a new service. The Joint Media Advisory containing the details for the conference call is attached.
