Euronet’s e-pay Subsidiary Signs Exclusive Prepaid Agreement with Caltex Australia, Australia’s Largest Petrol Convenience Retailer LEAWOOD, Kansas and SYDNEY, Australia — July 9, 2008 — Euronet Worldwide, Inc.'s ("Euronet" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: EEFT) prepaid subsidiary, e-pay Australia ("e-pay"), announced today a prepaid agreement with Caltex Australia Petroleum Pty Limited ("Caltex"), Australia's largest petrol convenience retailer.

Under the agreement, e-pay will be the recommended supplier of prepaid mobile airtime and other prepaid products to Caltex convenience stores, which are part of Caltex's national service station network. "Prepaid is a mission-critical part of our business. The security, scale and financial strength offered by e-pay's prepaid business in addition to their leadership within the global prepaid industry were critical to our decision. We are very pleased with the e-pay team for enabling a seamless transition to their prepaid platform from our previous service provider, while ensuring customer satisfaction," said Karim Sumar, National Merchandise Manager for Caltex Australia.
