Developed to further define the exceptional customer service clients can expect with PaySpot prepaid offerings, the PaySpot Promise program guarantees eight basic service levels.

PaySpot identified eight basic services levels that you should expect from a prepaid service provider, and the Company put them in writing. PaySpot pledges to give you the best customer experience by consistently exceeding your expectations. The PaySpot Promise guarantees:

• No PIN Stock Outages: PaySpot will always have stock on all PINs or we will pay the merchant $10 each day that we are out of supply.

• Instant PIN Refunds: PIN refunds will be processed instantly to improve merchant reconciliation and cash flow

• ACH Accuracy: If a merchant's account is mistakenly debited for more than it should be we will rebate $20 from the merchant's invoice total

• Next Day Terminal Replacement: When a merchant's terminal needs to be swapped out, a replacement terminal will arrive at their location the next day, 7 days a week, or the merchant will receive a $10 rebate for each day they are without a terminal.

• Terminal Paper Supplies Reimbursed: PaySpot will pay for the paper supply of each terminal for the life of the agreement.

• No Terminal Rental Fees for 90 days: Terminal rental fees will commence 90 days after deployment for those who use the terminal rental program.

• 24/7 Customer Service: PaySpot will provide high quality customer service and support seven days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. (365/24/7)

• Free PaySpot Gift Card Processing: For clients participating in the PaySpot Gift Card program, PaySpot will process gift card transactions for free.
